Bill has been designing, developing, and editing games and stories throughout a career that has spanned four decades and is still going strong. He served as creative and editorial director of West End Games, creative director and vice president at Wizards of the Coast/Hasbro, oversaw the creative development of Dungeons & Dragons for 14 years, and spent another 14 years as lead writer and narrative director for The Elder Scrolls Online.

Now Bill is available as a consultant and freelance writer/designer, ready to bring exemplary creativity and a wealth of knowledge and experience to any creative endeavor.
